Terms of Service

PricingLens provides automated pricing audits and competitor price monitoring for SaaS pricing pages (the Service), operated by Universal Global Services (UK corporate entity, EU/UK VAT via Ireland OSS). 1. The Service

The Service analyzes public pricing pages that you submit. For each audit we combine an automated crawler, structured extraction and language-model analysis to produce a comparison report with data citations. We do not set your prices automatically: PricingLens produces audits, monitoring and recommendations, and you decide what action to take.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information and product/competitor URLs you provide.
You may only submit public pricing pages that you are entitled to read, and your use of the Service must respect each site's robots.txt, a reasonable crawl delay, and applicable law. You may not use PricingLens to circumvent paywalls, logins or access controls, or to target Reddit, LinkedIn or other restricted properties.
You may not use the Service to store or transmit unlawful or infringing content, attempt to disrupt the Service or its security controls, or violate third-party rights.
Free and trial quotas apply per plan as displayed on the pricing page. Abuse, including automated bulk submissions, may result in rate limiting or account suspension.

3. Plans, billing and taxes

Plans are displayed in USD. The Free plan includes a limited number of audits and competitors. Paid plans (Starter $99/month, Growth $399/month) add higher limits, alerts, integrations and analytics features. Scale is a custom contract starting at $1499-$2500/month and is not available through automated Stripe checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
Where applicable, VAT or sales tax will be added through Stripe Tax. EU B2B customers benefit from reverse charge when a valid VAT ID is provided at checkout.
You may cancel at any time in your billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Your data and our content

You retain all rights to your product data, pricing pages and audit inputs. PricingLens does not claim ownership of your data and uses it solely to operate, secure and improve the Service.
Reports include data citations to public pages. Where competitor data is too limited for a reliable comparison, the Service returns an honest not-enough-data result rather than fabricating competitor pricing.
The PricingLens name and software are owned by Universal Global Services. TODO(S8): confirm exact legal entity registration details.

5. Availability and changes

The Service is currently in beta. Plans, limits and features may change with reasonable notice. We aim for high availability, but during beta the Service is provided as-is and we may suspend or discontinue features where reasonably practicable.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Universal Global Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms with notice where practicable. On termination you may export or delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law
